Since I have been going to Crosstrainers, I have improved my strength and endurance. I meet with Tim every week, and he has been very supportive and encouraging throughout. I have scoliosis, and working out has improved my posture and mobility. I am usually working at the computer all day, and working out has helped manage neck, back and hip pain. I’m almost 60 years old, and I’m in better shape and stronger than I have ever been. -Glenda Tucker
