Club Life

There is always something happening at Crosstrainers Fitness. Running Clubs, Triathlon Training Groups, Food Preparation Classes, Fitness and Weight Loss Challenges.

There are also several subcultures that have developed over the years that allow any member to find a partner or group to train with.

At Crosstrainers Fitness we encourage our members to use the social aspects of the club setting to add support for the achievement of their goals.

Here are just a few of the subculture groups that have formed: Strength train, and power lifting, Running clubs, Aerobics groups, Extreme fitness training (CFX) and many more. We look forward to meeting you soon.
